We accept most major insurances. Please note that we do not accept Medicaid. Because plans and networks change, the best way to confirm that we are in network for your specific plan is to call our office at (330) 869-0954 before your visit.
Co-pays and payments
Co-pays and co-insurance are collected before each appointment. We accept cash, check, and credit card. If you have a balance after insurance, payment plans are available. Just ask, and our billing team will help you set one up.
