New patients are encouraged to join our secure My OhioGI patient portal before the first visit. Through the portal you can:
- Request appointments online
- Directly email your physician
- View your test and procedure results
- Update your personal medical records and complete your forms and paperwork ahead of time

How to get access
There is no online sign-up form — your PIN is issued by our office. Call us at (330) 869-0954 to request your patient portal PIN and our team will get you set up. Once you have your PIN, use the link below to sign in.
