Dr. Glessing moves to University Hospitals

It is with great sadness that we announce that as of March 4, 2026, Dr. Glessing will be leaving TGG, and returning to University Hospitals to continue her career as a gastroenterologist and advanced endoscopist, as well as to pursue leadership opportunities not available in Akron. This was a difficult decision for her and her family, as she has enjoyed working with and getting to know the staff and providers of our practice over the last 18-20 months.

Dr. Glessing wishes to emphasize how much she has truly valued and enjoyed her time at TGG. This has been an exceptionally difficult decision, made only after careful reflection, because she deeply believes in TGG’s team and mission to provide high-quality, patient-centered, compassionate care.

Here we grow!!

Please keep watch for more information forthcoming related to the relocation of our medical office coming early March 2026!
